Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a solutions-oriented client service representative with a passion for helping our clients. Client Service Representatives will act as a primary point of contact for escalated customer matters and must possess excellent negotiation skills required to maximize retention of incoming cancelation requests.
Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound and outbound calls needing resolution on escalated matters.
• Establishing rapport with clients in order to resolve outstanding service issues and/or outstanding payments.
• Working with other departments to ensure service implementations are applied to client accounts as needed.
• Meeting retention targets, and engaging in upselling and cross-selling
• Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the business, the market and the products/services offered and presenting this to clients in a way they understand.

**Note:** This position is exclusively for candidates based in the UAE, preferably those on a visit
visa or who have a canceled employment visa and can join immediately.

Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days a week), 6:00 pm – 2:30 am (Evening Shift)

Requirements:

Qualifications:
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Fluent in the English language.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills using customized, creative solutions to address individual client needs.
• Self-motivated, with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Minimum 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of client retention experience.
• Must have 1+ year of international call center experience.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
