We are currently recruiting for a Check-in Agent for the Aviation division. The candidate is to be based out of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Job responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to the passengers
- Assist passengers throughout the check-in process
- Extremely well-groomed attire
- Being well informed about any information that might be useful to the customer during the journey. (weather conditions, traffic in the neighborhood, news etc.)
- Manage passenger baggage check-in as required
- Report any problems/concerns with the check-in process to the team leader.
- Assist passengers as needed through arrival and check-in processes including support for passengers with special requirements such as unaccompanied minors (UM), VIP passengers, and passengers needing wheelchair assistance
- Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English. Additional languages German, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, French-speaking would be an advantage
