As we continue to expand into local and international markets, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help us grow.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct in-depth research to identify new B2B leads and potential business opportunities in local and global markets.
– Generate qualified B2B leads through online research, cold outreach, social media, and industry databases.
– Initiate contact with potential business clients via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to present SafeheadBABY’s products and value propositions.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
– Qualify B2B leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
– Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified B2B prospects.
– Track and report on lead generation activities and results, providing insights to improve strategies.

Requirements:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify, qualify, and generate new B2B sales leads. This role is crucial in expanding our customer base and building strong business opportunities in both local and international markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent research skills, a passion for connecting with potential business clients, and the ability to nurture relationships that drive business growth.

– Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales.
– Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
– Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
– Experience in the baby products or consumer goods industry is a plus

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Fantastic commission structure + performance bonus
