Position Title: Assistant Director of Sales – 5* Luxury Hotel

Job Description:
• Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing in producing, implementing and monitoring action plans to ensure Business Plan objectives are achieved.
• Analyses current and potential markets/trends, co-ordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rates.
• Assists the Director of Sales & Marketing with weekly reviews of sales team activities to ensure targets and sales objectives are being met.
• Review the daily business levels, anticipate critical situations and plan effective solutions in conjunction with the department heads, to best expedite these situations

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Adminisration, Marketing Management
• Atleast 3 years of similar role experience, particularly within the luxury or related high-end hospitality industry
• Must have deep understanding of the luxury hotel market with expertise in revenue management, budgeting, pricing strategies specific to high-end market.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team of sales professionals, training staff, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing effective sales strategies.

Salary:
AED 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
