What you’ll be doing


– Develop the e-commerce strategy.
– Monitor local digital trends and customer behavior.
– Lead the account management for e-com accounts.
– Set tailored marketing activity plan by market by account.
– Set sales objectives for each e-com account by value and quantity.
– Consistently work with Influencers to promote novelties and promotions.
– Create monthly sell-in & sell-out report.
– Manage the accounts P&L, marketing budget and ROI.

Digital Marketing

– Build & maintain the digital strategy for the Middle East and Pan India (CRM, Performance, Influencer and Acquisition).
– Drive the roll-out of the strategy and ensure consistent and on-brand execution.
– Define & maintain the influencer strategy by brand by market.
– Identify and build strong partnerships with influencers.
– Measure and report performance of all digital marketing actions and assess against goals (ROI, CPO, CPC).
– Evaluating data to identify trends and opportunities across the digital market.

Marketing Strategy

– Develop and execution of the marketing omnichannel strategies for Middle East, India DM & TR.
– Handling digital, PR, influencers, CRM and trade marketing.
– Review novelties, forecasts and marketing needs and trends.
– Align and report to global stakeholders and share best practices.


– Set e-retailers yearly strategy, targets, and plans.
– Set distributors yearly strategy, targets, and plans.
– Ensure the quality of strategy implementation with retailers and distributors.
– Negotiate margin, promotions, and A&P.

Stock Management

– Decide on novelties forecast, relevancy, quantity.
– Responsible for sales forecast for each country and account.
– Monitoring sales performance vs forecast
– Working closely with supply chain

Retail Management

– Manage distributor and retailer relationship.
– Develop marketing strategy and animation calendar.
– Align with global visual merchandising team to create and execute units, podiums and launches.
– Responsible for BA training and educational needs
– Weekly follow ups on plans, sales, and target.


What you’ll need to succeed

– At least 7 years of experience, preference for a Beauty, Luxury or Retail industry
– Regional experience is a must
– Arabic or French is a plus
