CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Position Available
Salary: AED 3000
Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries and provide assistance.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
Identify and resolve customer issues, concerns, and inquiries promptly.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Ensure order fulfillment meets customer expectations.
Stay informed about company products and services.
Provide customers with information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
Communication and Follow- Up:
Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and follow- up on their inquiries.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
Report recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.
Cross- functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Product Development, to address customer needs and concerns.
Share customer insights with relevant teams.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem- solving and decision- making abilities.
Ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
